In einem Terroir, das f\u00fcr den Getreideanbau berufen ist, s\u00e4en wir unseren Hartweizen in Fruchtfolge mit Zwischenfr\u00fcchten (Luzerne, Klee, Saubohne, Erbse, Kichererbse) oder Brachekulturen (Sonnenblumen, Raps), um jedes Jahr die Bodenfruchtbarkeit zu verbessern.
